This template is configured to key on outbound emergency dialing of “911”. Teams Phone configurations should allow for Kari’s Law and the simple outbound dialing of just “911”. However, if there is a need to capture outbound calls with the external dialing prefix, you can include an additional value for the search criteria (e.g., External Access Code + 911):
