This report will provide a list of dormant End Users within the CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period.
Required Changes
The report will require the selection of all CUCM End User Departments from the drop down in Search Sets.
A Group Search Set will also be required for the same corresponding CUCM Departments selected in the above step.
