This report will provide system wide abandonment call usage in your CUCM, with device description grouping and granular call history details included.
This report does not require any additional edits.
Optional Changes
This report is structured to key on system-wide abandonment; all calls abandoning in your phone system. However, additional search criteria may be added to filter on specific groups or locations (terminating departments, device pools, device types, etc.)
