This report will provide a list of dormant phones soft phones within CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period.
This report does not require any additional edits.
Optional Changes
The report search criteria is using the known soft phone device acronyms (CSF, IPC, TCT, TAB, BOT). Additional soft phone devices may be added or existing devices may be removed.
