This report will show a comparison between soft phone vs hard phone usage.
It summarizes Total Call Count, Answered Call %, Total Call Duration, Total Average Call Duration, Total Average Ring Duration, Abandoned Call percentage and Voice Mail Call percentage.
Optional Changes
This template considers any phone device that starts with SEP to be a Hard Phone and any device that starts with CSF,BOT,IPC,TCT,TAB a Soft Phone. If your environment is different you can modify the Search Set by adding additional device names or editing the existing names.
