This report will provide a combined list of dormant phones (physical and soft phones) within CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period.
This report does not require any additional edits.
Optional Changes
The report search criteria is using the known soft phone and hard device acronyms (SEP, CSF, IPC, TCT, TAB, BOT). Additional devices may be added by clicking the + sign in the search criteria or clicking the – sign to remove devices.
