You may need to download system logs to help you during a troubleshooting task. This guide will show you how to download Variphy logs for Variphy’s CUCM, Webex Calling, and Zoom Phone analytics solutions.
How to download system logs of your Variphy environment
Step 1: Log in to your Variphy web interface.
Step 2: Click the Logs icon on the navigation menu.
At the top right corner of your main user page, you will find a folder icon labeled LOGS. Click the Logs icon, which will open a pop-up window.
Step 3: Click the Download All Logs button.
When the Log Files window appears, click on Download All Logs. This will download a ZIP file containing Variphy logs into your download directory.
The naming convention of the file will be similar to “variphy_insight_logs” appended with a date and time of the download.
