STEP 1) Update Authentication URL to use only the non-secure:
In CUCM Administration, select Enterprise Parameters from the System menu.
To enable only the non-secure Authentication URL, clear out the Authentication URL value from the ‘Secure’ section so that the field is left blank and only the non-secure Authentication URL is specified. Be sure to save the secure Authentication URL value so it can be re-entered in the final step.
Save changes to the Enterprise Parameters
STEP 2)
Identify the phone(s) to test this process with and reset them, so that they reboot and apply the new Authentication URLs as part of their configuration. Go to the web page for the phone(s), and confirm on the Network Configuration page that the non-secure Authentication URL is now specified.
STEP 3)
Confirm remote phone control in Variphy Insight now works – once this is working, you should be to delete the ITL/Trust List settings via the control UI or a Macro. The actual process may differ depending on the phone model.
STEP 4)
Once successful, repeat this process as necessary for any/all phones.
