Applies to:
- Variphy Cloud customers.
- Variphy Administrators.
- IT teams managing Cisco integrations (CUCM or CUBE/IOS).
Common Causes or Issues
- Cloud Processing was previously disabled for troubleshooting.
- The cluster was automatically suspended due to connectivity or processing errors.
- CDR data is no longer processing in the cloud.
- You are reactivating a newly licensed or restored cluster.
How to Enable a Suspended or Disabled Variphy Cloud Cluster
- Log in to your Variphy web interface using an Administrator level login.
- Edit the cluster by clicking the name of the cluster or gear icon to the right of the cluster name.
- Under the Cloud Processing section toggle off Enable Cloud Processing.
- Click Save.
- Edit the Cluster again and toggle Enable Cloud Processing Back on.
- Click Save And Continue.
- Click Active.
