Before modifying or deleting a CUCM CDR or UCCX Analytics Report in Variphy, it can be a good to see to see who else may be using it, including user/group permissions, schedules, and Dashboard Widgets.
Variphy 12.1.3 introduces the info icon as shown below, which can be clicked on for each report within the Call Analytics Reports page.
In the resulting modal window, all Schedules, Dashboard Widgets and explicit privileges for non-administrator users and groups will be shown for the specific Call Analytics Report.
