This report will provide the number of calls coming into Zoom Phone Call Queues. It will also include a time period summarization table and graphical chartings.
Optional Changes
This report is structured to key on all of the Call Queues; specific Call Queues may be selected at the initial Search Set, and grouping on the User (Called Party Name).
