Cluster wide based report designed to provide Total Count and Average Count per day of all rows of all data for the given run period.
This report is often run to assist with system sizing and to better understand volume of data. The total count is not a count of unique calls it is a total count of all rows of data including transfers, forwards, route points etc..
This report does not require any additional editing to function.
If you wish to include additional Time Unit Types or Call Scenario Types. Edit the report and navigate to “Search Set Statistics” and select the additional values.
