This article explains the steps necessary to determine how many Calling Users Variphy will license by within your existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
Note – This license count can only be used in Variphy 16.4+. Earlier versions of Variphy can not license on these values.
- Navigate to your CUCM Publisher’s CM Administration page with an administrator user.
- Browse to System > Licensing > License Management
- Within the Users and Unassigned Devices section copy the Users and Unassigned Devices counts.
The sum of these 2 numbers should be the count that Variphy refers to as the Calling User count.
Your Variphy Account representative may ask you for this value to provide budgetary pricing or to develop an application license.
