How to Determine Your Webex Calling License User Count
Follow these steps to determine the number of Webex Calling users Variphy will license.
1. Log in to Webex Control Hub.
Navigate to Webex Control Hub: https://admin.webex.com/login. Enter your administrator credentials and log in.
2. Access Subscriptions.
Using the navigation bar, go to Account > Subscriptions.
3. Locate Webex Calling License Information.
Within the Subscriptions menu, find the Calling section. Copy the Webex Calling License details.
4. Calculate Your Webex Calling Unit Count.
Add the number of Users in the Professional Assigned licenses and the Workspaces Assigned licenses. This total represents your Webex Calling Unit Count.
In this example, the Webex Calling Unit Count is 11.
