How to Determine Your Webex Contact Center License User Count

Follow these steps to determine the number of Webex Contact Center users Variphy will license.

1. Log in to Webex Control Hub.

Navigate to Webex Control Hub: https://admin.webex.com/login. Enter your administrator credentials and log in.

2. Access Subscriptions.

Using the navigation bar, go to Account > Subscriptions.

3. Locate Contact Center License Information.

Within the Subscriptions menu, find the Contact Center section.

4. Calculate Your Contact Center Unit Count.

Add the number of Standard Agent assigned licenses and Premium Agent assigned licenses. This total represents your Contact Center Unit Count.

In this example, the Contact Center Unit Count is 12.

Your Variphy Account representative may request this value for budgetary pricing or to develop an application license.
