In Variphy’s CUCM CDR Call Analyics, when generating reports that include capacity utilization statistics, Variphy can compute the utilization percentages for specific CUCM devices (such as SIP trunks, gateways, etc.) relative to their capacities, which are configurable.
Variphy’s CUCM CDR device capacities are the total number of concurrent calls that can be in progress simultaneously for the device.
The names of devices in CUCM CDR data are automatically associated with the names of corresponding Devices configured in Variphy.
To Configure Device Capacities
Within Call Analytics Reporting for the appropriate CUCM Cluster, select the Configure option from the menu and then select the CDR Devices tab from the resulting page.
Step 1) To add a new Device, click the Add Device button in the upper right, otherwise, click the edit icon or name of an existing Device to modify its configuration in Variphy.
Step 2) In the dialog which appears
Enter the name of the device as it appears in CUCM Administration in the Device Name field.
If desired, enter a more user-friendly name in the Alias field – this is optional.
For Call Stream Capacity, specify the total number of concurrent calls that can be in progress simultaneously for the device.
If this is a SIP Trunk that is used for Voice Mail (instead of standard CUCM voice mail ports being used), enable the Is For Voice Mail toggle.
When finished, click Save.
