How to Determine Your Cisco Contact Center License User Count
Follow these steps to determine the number of Cisco Contact Center users Variphy will license.
1. Log in to the UCCX Administration Page.
Navigate to the Cisco Unified CCX Administration page. Enter your administrator credentials and log in.
2. Access Resources.
Browse to Subsystems > RmCm > Resources.

3. Locate the Records Information.
Under Status, copy the number of records found.

The sum of records found will be the number of your Variphy Cisco Contact Center licenses. In this example, the number of licenses will be 5.
