911 Calls Report

This report will provide total call usage for 911/Emergency calls from your CUCM, with directory number groupings and granular call history details included.

Abandoned Calls Report

This report will provide system wide abandonment call usage in your CUCM, with device description grouping and granular call history details included.

**Calls Without First Call Resolution

Detailed Hunt group based report designed to identify callers that have called in more than one time during the reporting timeframe.

**Detail by Extension or Phone Number Report

This report will provide multi-direction extension or Caller ID searching. It will include high level summarization as well as the granular call history details based on the inputted values or patterns.

**Dormant Extensions

This report will provide a list of dormant extensions (DN’s) within CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period. These can be based on all DN’s, a group of DN’s, specific Device Pools or Device Types.

Dormant Phones Physical and Soft Phones

This report will provide a combined list of dormant phones (physical and soft phones) within CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period.

Dormant Physical Phones

This report will provide a list of dormant hard desk IP phones (SEP devices) within CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period.

Dormant Soft Phones

This report will provide a list of dormant phones soft phones within CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period.

**Dormant Users

This report will provide a list of dormant End Users within the CUCM that have no call usage over a selected time period.

**Hunt Group Report

This report will show the number of calls coming into one or more hunt groups. It will also summarize by user who answered those calls sorted by total number of calls (highest to lowest). Also included in the output will be a graphical summarization by hour for each hunt group and then an hourly breakdown for each agent in a Data Table.

**Organizational Summary by End User

A report containing call counts and average call duration statistics grouped by department and end user.

**Organizational Summary by Extension

This report is designed to give users a high level overview of their department and extension call counts and durations. The total call counts and average call durations are first grouped at the department level and then further grouped by end user.
